You can commission us to monitor a technical field, specific competitors and inventors, a patent class or an adapted combination thereof. We tailor this service exactly as you desire, where our patent engineers in collaboration with you set up an optimal search profile. The monitoring is dynamically evaluated and adapted with respect to changes in the technical field and the competitor map out.
We produce a search of the state of the art around an idea or a product. The search can be anything from a brief orientation to a deep analysis. The level of ambition is determined in collaboration with you. We offer both investigations that are debited per hour and package solutions at a fixed price. Upon request we also carry out preliminary assessments of the patentability in view of the results obtained.
We collect material relevant to a patent in order to determine whether it has been correctly granted or not. One reason may be, for example, the suspicion that a competitor has been granted a patent on questionable grounds. To be noted is that we have a special focus on searching and retrieving non patent literature.

Courses Uppdragshuset offers tailored courses and seminars within intellectual property rights, with a primary focus on patents. The structure, length and contents are all adapted to fit the needs of your company. A course can cover anything from a review of intellectual property rights to a more thorough description of the complete patent system. On-site Services Where necessary, our engineers can be placed on secondment in order to participate more efficiently in your work on-site. This service is primarily directed towards small and medium-sized companies that do not employ patent engineers. Another situation that may arise is the analysis of a company before seeking external financing in the form of, for example, risk capital.
